This week Year 6 headed off into the wilderness of Hertfordshire on their 2016 adventure camp…
Day 1
After arriving and setting up camp they have had an action packed day and enjoyed shelter building, fire building, scavenger hunts, kart racing, campfires, marshmallows and hot chocolate!

Day 2
The day started with a full English breakfast and showers (yep!). They then had an emotional time opening letters from home. The happy campers then enjoyed bushcraft, nature walks, the climbing wall, tobogganing,team building challenges, woodland hide-n-seek, fire lighting, evening games and a mega football match. We even managed to squeeze in a birthday!

Day 3
We all needed waking up on day 3! But after breakfast baps and cheesy hash browns we were ready for action. Today we had a go at archery and abseiling. After lunch we said goodbye to the Wildchild Gang and headed back home – exhausted, but happy. We have had an amazing adventure camp.
